Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS FOR THE PURCHASE OF SERVICES FROM RIVIERA SENIOR

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

The current prices for our services are shown in the price list.
Payment is made via invoice with payment terms of 15 days.
The invoice is sent via e-mail to the specified customer’s e-mail address, unless otherwise agreed.

RIVIERA SENIOR may charge compensation for parking and road tolls as well as other possible additional costs after having reported said costs to the Customer.

INSURANCE

The customer must have their own insurance, for example home insurance which covers the most common damages in the home.

RIVIERA SENIOR has its own insurance.
Complaints can be made in writing directly to RIVIERA SENIOR.

DAMAGES

In the event of damage to immovable and movable property such as floors, stoves, refrigerators, beds and other furniture, the damages are primarily checked together. If necessary, an independent surveyor is brought in to determine the extent of the damage and who caused the damage. If it is established that it is undoubtedly RIVIERA SENIOR who caused the damage, RIVIERA SENIOR will of course compensate the customer.

PRICE REDUCTIONS AND REFUNDS

Price reductions on an invoice may not take place without RIVIERA SENIOR’s expressed consent.

Any payments due to damage are made to the Customer’s bank account or offset against any future invoice.

If the Customer is dissatisfied with the services provided by RIVIERA SENIOR, the latter may cancel the assignment agreement with immediate effect, but the customer must still pay for work already performed.

Compensation for cleaning materials or cleaning equipment is not given.
Cleaning materials and cleaning equipment are used to perform the service.
For these reasons, the customer is responsible for the maintenance of cleaning materials and cleaning equipment.

Compensation for ruined laundry is only given if the customer has sent clear instructions via e-mail about washing and drying instructions for all garments before the start of the cleaning task and has sorted all the garments themselves before each wash.

The customer is responsible for damages caused by shrinkage or other wear and tear.

REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Rebooking can only be made in consultation with RIVIERA SENIOR.
Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to riviera-senior@info.fr no later than 7 days before the service is to be performed.

Cancellations on the same day without a medical certificate maybe charged at 30 euros.

RIVIERA SENIOR can cancel a service on the same day in the event of staff shortage or staff illness on the same day.

EARLY TERMINATION

RIVIERA SENIOR has the right to terminate an agreement with the customer with immediate effect if:
– The customer fails to pay their invoices,
– The workplace is not safe for the employees of RIVIERA SENIOR
– Employees are in some way offended or otherwise mistreated
